School Reopening Choice
Families, please fill out the form emailed to you and choose whether you would like your student to follow the hybrid or remote plan. The form is due August 28.
Keep up to date with the latest information about reopening the Boston Public Schools, community discussions, and the results of surveys sent to families and staff at bostonpublicschools.org/reopening.
Family Change Request Form
Please click on the form below, in your preferred language, to submit a request to change to remote learning for your child this fall. All requests to change to remote learning will be honored.

Project Bread's FoodSource Hotline
Project Bread's FoodSource Hotline offers free food assistance to all Mass. residents. Call 800-645-8333, 8 am - 7 pm, Monday-Friday; 10 am - 2 pm, Saturday. TTY 800-377-1292
BPS Helpline 617-635-8873
Call the helpline Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm for questions and information on resources available to BPS families during the school closure. Help is available in Arabic, Cape Verdean Creole, Chinese, French, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, Russian, Somali, Spanish, and Vietnamese.
Free Breakfast & Lunch
BPS continues to provide free breakfast and lunch to all Boston children. A variety of packaged meal options are available for pick-up.
